Individual Counseling

The personalized vegan counseling program is tailored to your needs and goals.

​

This program is for you if:

  • You want to know more about the philosophy of veganism.

  • You want personalized advice on how to adopt a totally or partially plant-based diet.

  • You seek to reduce or eliminate your consumption of animal products, not only in food but in all other areas of your life.

The personalized program usually consists of 4 modules spread over 8 weeks where we will meet through videoconferences of approximately 45 minutes. In addition, in each session you receive a personalized manual and unlimited advice through WhatsApp.

 

The first visit costs $ 50 and follow-up visits cost $ 40.

Virtual Program ¡Vibra Sana, Vibra Vegana!

​

The Vibra Sana, Vibra Vegana program is an online course that gives you all the tools to adopt a totally or partially plant-based diet in an easy, safe and delicious way. You can do it on your own time for a month from the comfort of your home.  

​

This program is for you if:

  • You want to reduce your consumption of foods of animal origin including cold cuts, eggs and dairy.

  • You want to eliminate your consumption of foods of animal origin and you are ready to discover all the benefits that this style of eating offers you.

  • You eat a plant-based diet, but you want to know more about it or make sure you are doing it correctly.

 

The Vibra Sana, Vibra Vegana program includes 4 modules with the following information:
