I am Paulina, proudly Mexican and I live in NY with my husband and my dog. In 2012 I began to follow a plant-based diet and a vegan lifestyle. And since then my purpose has been to support and guide those who seek to know more and make the transition towards this lifestyle.
I call it a "lifestyle" because I have understood that veganism is not a diet ...
It is living with respect and compassion towards all forms of life
It is to reconcile the relationship with your body and with food
It is knowing you and finding the ideal balance in what works for you, and only you
All while reducing your environmental footprint, you enjoy the invaluable peace of knowing that no one had to suffer to feed you, and all the benefits of following a plant-based diet:

In 2013 I was certified as an MSVA-Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator and in 2015 as a Health Coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Functional Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.
In April 2018 I created this space to share with you recipes, ideas and tips that can help you improve your health, reduce your environmental footprint and become aware of farm animals. Don't worry, I know that this road has many curves and is very personal, but remember that all our actions, no matter how small they may seem, have a great impact.
